THIS AGREEMENT between the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, governing body for the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine (UNMC) and the house officer has been executed and entered into this first day of July, 2009 and shall be effective from July 1, 2009, through and including June 30, 2010. Except as otherwise set forth in this agreement, the benefits, terms, and conditions of employment of the house officer shall be those set forth in the rules and policies covering "other academic staff" as defined in paragraph 3.1.1.2 of the Bylaws of the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska. House officers should observe the standards of behavior customary in the hospital to which they are assigned. UNMC and the undersigned house officer hereby agree as follows:
